In my search for a complete, bottoms-up landscaper, CYC immediately outshined their competition. They, unlike the others, immediately followed my expectations of producing drawings and plans, and once approved they executed them accordingly. Their subcontractors when needed were skilled and trustworthy. They managed all phases of the work and were in constant communication. After they completed my front yard, I later had them repeat the process for my back yard. And there was excellent follow-up to check on the status of trees, plants and watering schedules even after I made final payments. I receive complements all the time on how great everything works. Mark, Chris and the CYC team are truly amazing! They really listened to our goal and vision to help us integrate fluidity of space into a detailed, wide-ranging plan, in the surround, of our new home. From every perspective, the team created valued function and beauty throughout the property. The proposed project had many challenges that were all met with calm, articulated execution. The CYC team provided/delivered comprehensive communication via meetings, emails/texts and prompt return phone calls for review, regarded feedback, and CYC recommendations which makes all the difference. Mark also assisted us during the HOA approval process by knocking it out in only two submissions. Our project was large in scale encompassing many technical and logistical challenges (BBQ Ramada, Putting Greens, Irrigation, Lighting, Pavers, Pool Travertine, Rock Walls, and Fire Elements). CYC is a full-service landscape company that completed every project and wish with excellence and distinction. We honestly could not have imagined how much enjoyment (relaxing and fun elements), and appreciation of a truly transformed oasis would bring to our family and friends. Perhaps, we are going on too much but the constant procession of people passing by to take pictures speaks for itself. Every person that encounters the property is amazed by the grace of design and so many unique vantage points. I have worked with CYC Landscaping on projects at 2 different houses I have owned. They have been extremely responsive to all of my needs. They have showed up when they said to all of our appointments, given great ideas and even supplied me with a detailed drawing showing exactly what they were going to do in my yard. Most importantly, when it came time to do the project I had a detailed timeline of when the project would be completed and they met it every time. As with any project, there can be hiccups, but CYC always remedied those issues quickly and made my yard look amazing. I cannot recommend them enough.
