What's Next?
I’ve signed the contract, now what?
The next step is the office will call you with a start date. They will usually call you the following business day. It is usually not necessary for you to be home when we are doing the work, though it is important that all appropriate gates are unlocked and pets are kept inside while we are working in your yard.
How long will this all take?
Your landscape designer can give you an approximation of how long it will take to complete your job, as well as how far out our schedule currently is. You’ll find that with CYC Landscaping, our lead times are measured in weeks, not months.
How do I pay?
A deposit of 50% is due up front to get your landscaping project in our schedule. The balance is due the day the work is completed. We accept cash, check, Visa and MasterCard. We also offer financing; be sure to ask your landscape designer if you would like more information!
What if I still have questions or concerns?
Feel free to contact the office during regular business hours (8am-5pm, Mon- Fri). If you have a question for your landscape designer, the office can leave a message for them and they will call you when they get into the office. Your landscape designer will be involved throughout the installation process and may even stop by to see how things are coming along. If you have a question for the workers, there is always someone speaking English on every crew. Problems are always addressed immediately and handled with the utmost care and concern.
